Charfleet Book Bindery is a British company founded in 1919, specialising in high-quality diaries, notebooks and stationery. Combining traditional bookbinding techniques with modern design, we produce a wide range of products for everyday use, as well as bespoke and premium collections.

We offer a curated range of trusted brands including Charfleet, Dataday, Lloyd’s, Sherwood and At-A-Glance, alongside selected partner collections.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically despatched within 7 working days. UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from despatch, while international deliveries may take up to 14 days depending on location.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery methods vary depending on the destination, and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
We offer refunds or exchanges on items returned within 21 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.
